A Life Defined by Leadership
Born August 9, 1943 in Houston, Texas. Jeffield Jefferson has built a career spanning six decades of executive management, teaching and global business practice.
Raised in Crockett, Texas "Jeff" graduated Salutatorian of his class in 1961 before earning a scholarship to Texas Southern University. After three years of U.S. Army service (Honorably Discharged 1965), he earned his Bachelor's degree and completed his MBA in Executive Management & Technology.
His career took him from Harris County as Senior Auditor, to AllState Insurance, to Dow Chemical USA across Cleveland and San Diego before returning to Houston where he built over 20 years of distinguished Executive Management service with the city of Houston, retiring in 2017.
As Founder of Jefferson Denniandrus Group, Inc., Jeff has brought executive-level insight to organizations across the USA, Asia, Europe and Africa.
